CONTENT CREATOR AGREEMENT

1. Introduction:

This Content Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Creator") and DirtyFans.com, operated by Branlu Enterprise Corp ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). By registering as a Creator and uploading content, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility and Verification:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Creator.
• All Creators must complete identity and age verification by submitting valid government-issued photo ID.
• You may not create or upload content until verification is successfully completed.

3. Consent Requirements:

• You must obtain and retain written consent from every person depicted in your content, including:
• A) Consent to appear in the content.
• B) Consent to distribute and publicly share the content via the Platform.
• C) If applicable, consent to allow downloading of content by users.

4. Ownership and License:

You retain ownership of your content but grant DirtyFans.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and monetize the content on the Platform.

5. Prohibited Content:

• Content involving minors (real or simulated)
• Non-consensual acts or simulated non-consent
• Illegal drugs or weapons
• Bestiality, incest, or extreme violence
• Any content that violates U.S. law or card network guidelines

6. 2257 Compliance:

Creators must maintain age verification records in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and make them available upon request.

7. Termination and Removal:

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates this Agreement or our Platform policies.

8. Acceptance:

This Agreement is presented during the sign-up process and must be accepted before any content is uploaded. By checking the acceptance box, you affirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

9. Creator Payouts

Earnings & Processor:
Creators (models/influencers) are compensated under the revenue share model displayed in the creator dashboard. All payouts are processed exclusively through our authorized payment processor, MobiusPay.

Payout Schedule:
Payments are issued on a regular schedule (weekly) as shown in your creator dashboard. Actual receipt times may vary based on the selected payout method (e.g., ACH, wire, international transfer) and banking timelines.

Payment Conditions:

• Payouts are only made after successful completion of age and identity verification.
• Creators must provide accurate, up-to-date payout details. DirtyFans and MobiusPay are not responsible for delays or failed transfers due to incorrect information.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply, as stated in the creator dashboard.
• Chargebacks, suspected fraud, or disputes may result in withheld or reversed payouts until resolved.
• Inactive accounts may be subject to withdrawal restrictions. Accounts without recent activity may be required to undergo additional identity re-verification and transaction review before pending funds can be released.

1-Year Withdrawal Limit:
Creators must withdraw earnings within twelve (12) months from the date the earnings are generated. Any funds not withdrawn within this period will expire and will no longer be available for withdrawal. Reminder notices may be sent as a courtesy, but creators remain responsible for timely withdrawals.

Billing Processor Transition (Currency Change):
Starting July 2025, the Platform transitioned billing and payouts to MobiusPay and changed settlement currency from euros to U.S. dollars.
— All earnings generated up to and including July 31, 2025 will be paid out after conversion from euros.
— All earnings generated from August 1, 2025 onward will be paid directly in U.S. dollars.
